Updates

2.4 Here we are, finally! A new release of the pack, getting us up to date with the latest minecraft version, with tons of new features and technical changes that affect both optimization and compatibility! New armor, nautili, copper golems, happy ghasts, mob reworks, bug fixes and correctly held items (pun intended) for each humanoid mob. Compatible Healthbars is being abandoned, or better, merged with both TH and THFA. Yes, all these changes have also been ported to THFA, so i don’t have to do a CHFA pack! This update is probably pretty negative for all of you that use this pack, as compatibility with every mob that hasn't been updated in 2.4 will not have FA animations: making packs compatible is not an easy task, but the way i’ve fixed this issue means that, if Fresh animations updates, THFA doesn’t have to update as well, because none of FA animations have been embedded in this pack, making it also lighter, other than the fact you can use any other texture pack on top. Also, if you didn’t notice from the huge banner on top of the page, I'm partnered with SparkedHost! So if you want a cheap server and would like it to be cheaper and/or you would like to support me a bit, you can use my code “EnderBC”. below is a list of all the changes: - new armor, also for FA player extension - added horse armor, also for FA - added nautilus - added zombie nautilus - added nautilus armor - remade zombie horse, should now be compatible with both new and old versions - reworked blaze, also for FA - readded magma cube that disappeared for some reason, also for FA - added copper golem - remade creeper, also for FA - remade ghast, also for FA - added happy ghast, also for FA - remade skeleton, also for FA - remade wither skeleton, also for FA - remade stray, also for FA - remade bogged, also for FA - added parched, also for FA - remade zombie, also for FA - remade husk, also for FA - optimized drowned model, also for FA - optimized enderman model, also for FA - optimized spider model, also for FA - optimized cave spider model, also for FA - optimized breeze model - optimized shulker, also for FA - remade silverfish squashing animation - remade silverfish squashing animation - remade tadpole squashing animation - remade snow golem, and also for FA - optimized squid, also for FA - optimized glow squid, also for FA - optimized wolf, also for FA - green bleed should work better now - many fixes Im also changing the way i handle these updates, instead of x.y versions (like 2.4) i will be making x.y.z (idk like 2.4.1) versions, that will contain like 1 or 2 mobs but will let me publish updates at a more frequent rate, literally every time i finish i mob i can just update the pack. Then it will go to 2.5 when there will be significant changes, like updating to Minecraft 26.1, with all the new baby mobs. Below is a list of all the mobs that have to be updated to this new model format

Missing mobs (43/82)

This list contains all the mobs that i have to add or redo, most of them are passives, but considering the focus of the pack is hostiles im actually pretty close to finishing ### Hostiles (that already have a texture by themselves and just need compatibility) - piglin - piglin brute - hoglin - vex - witch - ender dragon - slime - warden - wither - guardian - elder guardian - phantom - zombie villager ### Passives (that already have a texture by themselves and just need compatibility) - allay - bee - goat - parrot - pig - strider - villager - armadillo - bat - wandering trader ### Passives (that don’t have a texture and need compatibility) - cow - sheep - axolotl - camel - camel husk - cat - donkey - frog - horse - mooshroom - mule - ocelot - rabbit - sniffer - turtle - dolphin - fox - llama - trader llama - panda - polar bear

### Description ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This resource pack changes the texture of all hostile mobs (and is getting close to neutral and passive, the latter can be disabled with respackopts) based on their health, now compatible with Fresh Animations! It is not perfect right now, as im working on making all mobs compatible with any texture pack that only changes mob skins, already some mobs work! There's not much else that's different from the original pack, so if you haven't seen it yet, its better that you take a look at it [here](https://modrinth.com/resourcepack/torturable-healthbars). Credits to [FreshLX](https://www.planetminecraft.com/member/freshlx/) who created FA. ### Variatons of this pack There's the original [here](https://modrinth.com/resourcepack/torturable-healthbars)

Addons

This pack uses [Respackopts](https://modrinth.com/mod/respackopts) to let you toggle on/off many options, including the oldest community-suggested Addons like Green Bleed (suggested by [The Great Magispeller](https://www.planetminecraft.com/member/the_great_magispeller/)) and Ills Kills (suggested by [MorrisHD](https://www.planetminecraft.com/member/morrishd/)) on Planet minecraft, and also has many built-in addons like Humanoids and Pacifics, that adds the pack to villagers and passive mobs. ![Replace this with a description](https://cdn.modrinth.com/data/cached_images/cfdd279a8558e22e75eabf07bbe71e79bb758454.png)

_______________________________________________________________________________________________ ### Known Issues -TH is incompatible with Epic Combat, that is the mod's fault i cannot do anything about it -TH is missing compatibility for a TON of mobs, at the top of the page is a list of all the missing mobs, highlighted by a yellow and black "safety" tape ### Planned - add compatibility for all the remaining mobs # DEPENDENCIES ### The pack is made for 1.21.5+. If you want to play with versions below 1.21.5 of the game, you can still use 2.3 and mobs should still work the same, but its not guaranteed that there won't be problems with some entities. I still try to make the pack as compatible as possible to all those versions. Actually with how good i am at making bug-free resource packs this message could also be applied to 1.21.5+ ![This Pack Needs](https://cdn.modrinth.com/data/cached_images/6bbcf991145ea57f2a3fef01c89e25285334f5f0.png) [![Optifine](https://cdn.modrinth.com/data/cached_images/2a5c97c034d9ccf4dc3fadf10afbd96c055a474b.png)](https://www.optifine.net/home)[![ETF](https://cdn.modrinth.com/data/cached_images/3718da49c05891deb1128047b8f538d2126899bb.png)](https://modrinth.com/mod/entitytexturefeatures)[![EMF](https://cdn.modrinth.com/data/cached_images/f7d8788b9a20653518a2293bb78abae64a0c205f.png)](https://modrinth.com/mod/entity-model-features)[![MoreMCMETA](https://cdn.modrinth.com/data/cached_images/6efb9983b8e5b61475f4439a5ebef32913d76920.png)](https://modrinth.com/mod/moremcmeta)[![Animatica](https://cdn.modrinth.com/data/cached_images/cbe137e96d6f5011fcee93b1d254f1494532cc90.png)](https://modrinth.com/mod/animatica)[![Replace this with a description](https://cdn.modrinth.com/data/cached_images/a41799eb48115d4ff6f44693648b6add68da04fd.png)](https://modrinth.com/mod/immediatelyfast)[![Respackopts](https://cdn.modrinth.com/data/cached_images/ee1a569df0063c6e73dd24b86ce0030043014865.png)](https://modrinth.com/mod/respackopts)

Depencencies (in-depth)

### Optifine or EMF + ETF Required for seeing any changes to mobs. Keep in mind that Optifine is unable to show armor damage. ### MoreMCMeta or Animatica (or Optifine i guess) Optional, if you want animated mob textures. ### ImmediatelyFast Optional, but highly recommended to correctly see armors, just to fix a bug that breaks armor trims. It doesn't depend on me, we have to wait for mojang to fix rendering or for Traben to bless us all with custom trim models (i don't even think it's possible). Other alternatives would impact greatly FPS, quality and stability in general. ### Respackopts Optional, so that you can enable/disable features.
