Changes all torches (and blocks including torches) to have a unique top texture that is smoother and more consistent. That's all.

This pack is compatible with my Redder Redstone Torches pack, providing a unique top texture for its Redstone Torch. To use both, have this pack be selected BELOW the Redder Redstone Torches pack.
