Utilitarian Upgraded aims to bring more vanilla-style (JAPPA-fied) textures to the Utilitarian mod.

Affected Textures: Angel Block, Fluid Hopper (Block and Item), Lapis Lamp, Redstone Clock, Restraining Order, Soliciting Carpet, Sound Muffler, TPS Meter, Trowel (Both States)
