Cinematic Color Correction

This shader gives the game a more cinematic look by changing the color and adding a Bloom effect.

The only thing in this shader that impacts the performance is Bloom.

With Bloom disabled, this shader probably runs on anything!

I have tested this shader on OptiFine HD U I5 and Iris 1.6.5 on Minecraft 1.20.1 During my testing i have found out that Iris 1.6.7 doesnt work with shaders that don't have the gbuffers_terrain shader. If you are using Iris 1.6.7, and the terrain is invisible, use a newer version if available or switch to 1.6.5.
