Ditherpunk

Add option to move dither pattern with camera rotation, reducing "swimming" effect. Enabled by default on most profiles.

Add option to ignore edges on weather (rain, snow)

Fix for crashing on Mac and now works with OptiFine

• Option to blend alpha before processing layers (fixes color quantization accuracy)
• Made many options sliders instead of toggles
• Option to disable leaves transparency to improve edge drawing
• New debug option to view gbuffer boundaries
