Styles and Profiles
Vanilla is the default visual style. It uses Minecraft inspired sun, moon, clouds, colors, and dimension effects.
Fantasy enables the more stylized sky, particles, celestial effects, and stronger dimension atmosphere.
PvP profiles reduce selected post processing effects and first person visual obstruction. They do not automate gameplay or combat.
Each style includes several quality levels, ranging from Potato through Extreme. The untouched configuration is intended to provide the recommended starting appearance without requiring manual setup.
Requirements
Minecraft Java Edition
Iris Shaders

Check each download page for the supported Minecraft, Iris, and Sodium versions.
Platform Downloads
macOS and Windows use separate downloads. Select the file labelled for your operating system.
The macOS version is primarily developed and tested on Apple Silicon. The Windows version uses a separate platform configuration. Linux is not currently listed as a tested platform.

Performance and Limitations
Performance depends on GPU, resolution, render distance, resource packs, mods, world complexity, and selected profile. A specific frame rate is not guaranteed.
Water reflections are screen space based. Geometry outside the current rendered view may not appear in reflections, and reflections can fade near screen edges or unsupported viewing angles.
Higher cloud, reflection, shadow, PBR, and post processing settings require more GPU performance. Potato and Low profiles are available for slower systems.
Reporting Problems
Report problems through the Modrinth issue tracker or project comments.
Include your Minecraft version, Iris version, Sodium version, operating system, selected profile, and screenshots when possible.
