E-LITE shaders 5.1.3

OVERVIEW

• Small patch to fix bugs and some visual tweaks.

General changes:

• Glass now reacts less to blocklight color.
• Added support for 26.3 leaves.
• Reduced noise while using Depth of Field, small performance cost.

Bugfixes:

• Fixed some vanilla clouds issues reintroduced on 5.1.2.
• Fixed enchantment glint not appearing at 26.3 (Inherited from MakeUp.)
• Fixed failure when disabling near fog.
