Support creators and Modrinth ad-free with Modrinth+75% of ad revenue goes to creators
Support creators and Modrinth ad-free with Modrinth+SSR has been improved, and it is now BRDF-based so even though it's not noticeable on most blocks, there's reflections EVERWHERE so it's realistic.
Just changed some settings for better performance.
Fixed an issue with translucents and SSGI. :)
Improved SSR and water.
Changed default SSR settings.
A proper BRDF has been added, proper SSGI, much better SSR, better LabPBR support, improved fog, and fog based on the dimension.
Just changed a couple SSGI settings
FEATURES SCREEN SPACE GI AND REFLECTIONS
MANY changes have been made! The main ones being SSR and SSGI, which really enhance the realism of the shader.
There's now an adjustable volumetric fog!
The sun is rotated, and now the shader uses ACES tonemapping so it's more pleasing to the eyes
As the title says (small tweaks here and there to make things more vibrant and cohesive)
Shadows are now darker by default, water is more vibrant, and the sky is a bit better.
The water is now prettier!
Made the sky prettier!
Improved specular reflections and whatnot.
Has full support (that works correctly this time) for specular maps and normal maps! Also proper Blinn-Phong shading has been added!
Added support for LabPBR Normal Maps! And changed a couple things.
Some adjustments to lighting and whatnot, looks better with distant horizons.
The only change is there's no longer an issue with the sky.
Features Distant Horizons support!
Several optimizations have been made and changes visually. This I'm calling the first "release" because it's the most feature heavy so far, but there's a LOT more to come!
