Fixed an issue that causes the shader to fail to load on a non-nvidia gpu.
A complete overhaul! It's now based off of Genesis.
Normals were screwed lmao
Added proper options to disable effects.
Changed the license! Also changed the settings menu a tiny bit.
Fixed a bug where the sun and moon shows slightly through geometry.
Some improvements, and now the end is monochrome. :)
Improved PS1 Effects!
Now vertex warping happens when you look around, accurate to the PS1! God I'm dumb.
This is the first version that I'm calling actually quite good.

Colors have been changed and effects are more intense to accurately replicate the feel of a playstation game while being easy on the eyes in standard gameplay.
Fixed an issue with no perspective by putting a band-aid over it, or in other words turning it off when you're really close to a block.
Added customizable sun angle and removed fog on clouds.
This is the first version that has actually good vertex warping, the previous alpha didn't have good warping. Also now underwater is blue.
