# DailyStreak — Paper Daily Streak Plugin **DailyStreak** is a lightweight and professional **Minecraft Paper 26.2 plugin** that adds daily player streaks, configurable prestige suffixes, LuckyPerms integration, PlaceholderAPI placeholders, and ajLeaderboards compatibility. The plugin is designed for Minecraft servers that want to increase daily activity, player retention, and cosmetic progression without adding unnecessary server load. Players must stay online for a configurable amount of time in one uninterrupted session. When the daily requirement is completed, their streak increases and a rare-looking suffix is automatically applied through the **LuckPerms API**. Examples: ```text 1🔥 7🔥 15🔥 30🔥 365🔥 ``` The longer the streak, the more prestigious the suffix color becomes. --- ## Features - Daily player streak system - Built for **Paper 26.2** - Uses **LuckPerms API**, not console commands - Automatic LuckyPerms suffix update - Old streak suffix is removed before the new one is applied - Configurable minimum online time per day - One uninterrupted session requirement - Configurable timezone, default: `Europe/Moscow` - Configurable week length - Configurable prestige colors - Configurable suffix format - Full `messages.yml` customization - PlaceholderAPI support - ajLeaderboards compatibility - Persistent player data after server restart - Optimized interval-based checks - No heavy per-tick processing --- ## How DailyStreak Works 1. A player joins the server. 2. The plugin checks if the player missed a day. 3. The player must stay online for the configured time in one session. 4. When the requirement is completed, the day is counted. 5. If the previous day was completed, the streak increases. 6. If a day was missed, the streak resets to `0`. 7. The player's LuckyPerms suffix is updated automatically. This creates a strong feeling of rarity. Long streaks become valuable because losing them matters. --- ## Prestige Suffix Colors Default progression: | Streak Days | Color | Example | |---:|---|---| | 1–6 | Gray | `1🔥` | | 7–14 | Green | `7🔥` | | 15–30 | Gold | `15🔥` | | 31–60 | Yellow | `31🔥` | | 61–90 | Aqua | `61🔥` | | 91–180 | Light Purple | `91🔥` | | 181–364 | Red | `181🔥` | | 365+ | Orange | `365🔥` | All colors and thresholds can be changed in `config.yml`. --- ## Commands | Command | Description | Permission | |---|---|---| | `/streak` | Show your current streak | `dailystreak.command.streak` | | `/streak top` | Show the top streak players | `dailystreak.command.top` | | `/streak reload` | Reload configuration files | `dailystreak.command.reload` | | `/streak set ` | Set a player's streak | `dailystreak.command.set` | | `/streak reset ` | Reset a player's streak | `dailystreak.command.reset` | Admin permission: ```text dailystreak.admin ``` --- ## PlaceholderAPI Placeholders ```text %dailystreak_days% %dailystreak_color% %dailystreak_suffix% %dailystreak_best% %dailystreak_completed_today% %dailystreak_time_left_seconds% ``` For **ajLeaderboards**, use: ```text %dailystreak_days% ``` --- ## Requirements - Paper 26.2 - Java 25 - LuckPerms - PlaceholderAPI optional - ajLeaderboards optional --- ## Installation 1. --- ## Links - GitHub: https://github.com/antehor/DailyStreak - Releases: https://github.com/antehor/DailyStreak/releases ``` ## Version title ```text DailyStreak 1.0.0 — Paper 26.2 Daily Streak Release ``` ## Version changelog ```md # DailyStreak Initial public release. ## Added - Daily player streak system - Paper 26.2 support - Java 25 support - LuckyPerms API suffix integration - Automatic old suffix removal - Configurable prestige colors - Configurable suffix format - Configurable required online time - One uninterrupted session requirement - Timezone-based day checking - PlaceholderAPI placeholders - ajLeaderboards compatibility - `/streak` command - `/streak top` command - `/streak reload` command - `/streak set ` command - `/streak reset ` command - Persistent YAML storage - Fully configurable messages - Optimized interval-based session checks ```
