Due to Modrinth's TOS Include Marlow's Optimizer in Crystal Verse, You can still download it yourself; On the Main Menu click on Mods then on the bottom you will see a button that says "Download Marlow's Optimizer" click on that button, it should open a webpage of Marlow's discord where you can download the optimizer.
