Allow players to craft Mob Spawners in Survival. Harvest souls of every vanilla mob to make any spawner.

Additional origin orbs with custom recipes to allow for changing specific origin layers

Adds the ability to remove armor trims.

Adds a bit of functionality which I believe should be in vanilla

Makes Totems of Undying 2.5x harder to obtain.
