Turn path blocks back into their previous block state (podzol -> path block -> podzol) by right clicking it with a shovel.

Allows a player to shear a vine to stop it from growing further. This is server side and does not require the client to download the mod.

Put/Create path blocks under anything! Current bugs: Any block that requires a full block below it can not be placed and will break if the block below is turned into a path block.
