Makes the creaking not suck, with buffs and some unique changes

Changes the drop rates of tridents and the amount of drowns that spawn with a trident to the rates in Bedrock

Adds life and a reason to go into pale gardens by adding shrines and ruins

Gives some simple buffs to the wither, nothing overkill

Adds a lock pick item that allows you to reset vaults and open them again

Makes Phantoms less annoying with unique changes

Disables Elytras while players are in PvP Combat
