This project adds a death note with a custom texture and when opened it lets you chose a cause of death(which prints in the chat)

Sacrifice hearts to gain powerful temporary combat buffs — press B in-game to open the menu and choose from 10 effects. Requires Minecraft 26.2, Fabric Loader 0.19.3+, and Fabric API 0.152.2+26.2.
