Adds a handful of randomly spawning cosmetic variants to a few Pokemon from the Cobblemon mod.

Trims tall seagrass a little bit shorter so it won't poke above the water.

Adds models, textures, animations, and spawning for a few pokemon that haven't yet been implemented in the base mod.

Eliminates the z-fighting (glitchy texture) on the top and bottom of iron bars.
