Final 2.5 hardening - `/blood reroll` no longer grants a free reroll; it requires a Blood Requiem in the main hand. - Rerolls explicitly exclude the player's current Blood, so a reroll cannot return the same type. - Weighted selection uses all configured blood types and `ThreadLocalRandom`. - Player data is autosaved every 5 minutes and on quit/disable. - Loaded progression values are sanitized/clamped to prevent invalid saved values. - Admin reroll remains available through `bloodbound.admin`.
