Added an infinite source of power for creative mode players (made by putting bedrock on top of a redstone lamp IN A CRAFTING TABLE)

Teleporter uses 500 energy

detects energy in the block in front of it and can be configured to detect specific amounts of energy
Catalystic Converter
Produces 4 energy per tick when blooming
Block Swapper
When powered it swaps blocks between the two selected locations
