Added Bowl Crafting Recipe
- Players can now craft bowls using wooden planks for stew-making.
Introduced Flippers (New Item)
- A pair of lightweight swim fins that increase your speed while swimming. Super handy for chasing floating barrels or outrunning sharks.
Shark Head Now Wearable
- You can now wear the Shark Head as a hat. It's big, it's goofy, and it looks awesomme, just slot it into your helmet slot!
Fixed Water Purifier Consuming Extra Wood
- Fixed a bug where the purifier was eating up more wood when depositing water bottles.
Resolved Wooden Plank Crafting Tool Consumption
- Crafting planks with logs no longer deletes your hammer.

Mine-Raft v0.5: Cook & Conquer
This update brings a huge expansion to your survival experience! You can now cook stews, grill food, purify water, and even show off your shark trophies!
NEW FEATURES
Weather System
A new datadriven weather systemm!
- Rain Collector Functionality: Now passively fills during rainstorms, no longer fills during non rain conditions.
- Weather-Driven Shark Behavior: The shark becomes more aggressive during storms, attacking the raft more frequently.
Cooking Pot
The cooking pot is a brand new utility block where you can mix ingredients to craft fully dynamic stews. Depending on what you toss in, the stew gets its own unique name, effects, and stats. For example: toss in kelp, apple, and berries and you’ll get something like a Nutritious Sweet Hearty Stew. The system includes:
- Ingredient recognition and storage
- Automatically generated stew names
- Effects applied based on the first valid ingredient type
- Tooltip previews and fallback handling for invalid combos
Simple Grill
A lightweight alternative to the cooking pot. Use the grill to cook individual ingredients like seaweed or meat into more filling meals.
Water Purifier
A new way of obatining clean drinking water is finally here. The purifier lets you turn ocean water into purified water, this replaces the rain collector in early game hydration managment.
Trophy System
You can now turn shark kills into bragging rights!
- Trophy Board: Mount shark heads to showcase your acomplishments!
- Shark Head: Can be displayed!
- Shark Repellant: Craftable utility that helps keep sharks away
New Foods
I've added several new edible items!
- Dough → Bread: a full baking chain
- Fish Stew
- Fruit Salad
- Grilled Seaweed
- Shark Repellant (technically not food, but you could try)

Tons of new objectives to guide your journey:
- Cooking milestones: Cooking Pot, Seasoned Chef, Gourmet Chef

Everything ties into existing research unlocks for stews, tools, shark items, and more.

gameplay setting. (will be reworked or scrapped in future versions) - Limited the number of shulkers allowed in the staircase placement system (reduce entity lag)

became unobtainble due to incorrect namespace in recipe. - Foundation armor on collection nets did not drop whenn net was dismantled with a hammer

This Patch introduces a admin interface for item spawning and gameplay management.

- Spear recipes (wood, stone, scrap, metal) unlock when obtaining related materials
- Rope unlocks through thatch or kelp
- Storage Sack unlocks when cobweb is obtained
- Radar recipe now properly triggers when obtaining metal ingot
BUG FIXES
- Fixed: Radar recipe did not unlock due to broken key mapping
- Fixed: Collection Net failed to drop Foundation armor when broken
- Fixed: Ocean item spawns not working in some seeds due to worldgen depth issues
- Fixed: Steve the Shark sometimes swam backwards due to rotation values
- Fixed: Rope and Storage Sack unlock conditions were inconsistent
- Fixed: Smeltery recipe now properly unlocked by cobblestone rather than stone
- Fixed: Removed redundant stone crafting; cobblestone is now the main progression path
- Fixed: All custom items now properly sorted in the recipe book

Hello! this is a minor bug fix patch!
Bug Fixes
- Island Radar recipe did not unlock
- Vanilla recipes were still visible and craftable in the recipe book
- Vanilla advancements were still obtainable
- Recipes in the recipe boook were not properly sorted into catagories
- "Barrier" recipe was obtainable
- Resource pack version was in wrong format

This update introduces new exploration mechanics, and paves the road for more decor, building materials, raft expansion items, and gameplay fr future updates!
IMPORTANT
- This datapack has been updated to the NEWEST release of minecraft, and thus is not compatable with any version below 1.21.5, unfortunataly i will not be able to backport it due to some newer admin blocks such as the
test_block
andtest_instance_block
being used for recipes, which are only found in 1.21.5.
New Features
World Creation Message
- When world is created, sends a message with some important info regarding the datapack.
Island Generation
- Introduces naturally spawning Tropical Islands in warm ocean biomes.
- Islands are a key source of some brand new materials required for future questlines and crafting.
Island Radar
- A new custom compass that helps players locate island structures.
Sailable Raft
- New boat-like item allowing players to navigate water whilst also evading the shark swimming in the waters nearby
- Enables practical ocean travel and works in tandem with the radar system.
Gameplay Settings Menu
- Admin-accessible function menu for toggling mechanics:
- Hammer confirmation messages
- Ocean block placement limits

- Fixed Issue: Steve's hitbox wasnt properly set, making inconsistant detection for when players damage him.
- Fixed Issue: Using hammer to destroy top block of pillar causes water to be placed.
- Fixed Issue: Using hammer on a chest shows and preforms actions as if you were destroying a raft piece.
- Fixed Issue: Previously possible for starting raft to spawn in the middle of an iceburg :/

I am excited to announce the latest update to this pack! This patch focuses on expanding your building options with new building items, completely revamped textures, and an brrand new advancements
New Carpentry Items
- Wooden Stairs - Create multi-level raft designs with these sturdy wooden stairs.
- Wooden Platform - New raft item tto start building up multi level rafts!
- Support Beam - Supports wooden platforms, allowing you to build expansive multi-level structures.
Complete Texture Overhaul
- All textures have been redesigned from scratch to better suite the new carpentry related items
