Update metadata to datapack version 41; add NeoForge 20.5 metadata file
Otherwise identical to 2.0.0 - unless you're playing a 1.20.5 NeoForge instance, don't bother upgrading
Updates the mod to use Fabric biome modifiers, allowing it to work on Fabric, Forge, and Quilt.
On Forge, the 1.0.1 Forge datapack has identical behavior, so you can use either. On Fabric or Quilt, a datapack version is not possible to make.
This Fabric version instead adds fossils only to the Deep Dark.
Due to Fabric's lack of data-driven biome modifiers, this was done by editing the fossils into the biome files directly.
Fixes fossil generation to occur at the appropriate worldgen step.
