Quantum Armor Improvements:
- Made the set provide knockback immunity (25% per piece)

- Added energy-based damage absorption to the quantum armor (maximum 30% of incoming damage, configurable in configs)
- Fixed stable footing only working with creative flight (should now work with any flight)
- Fixed Swim Speed upgrade card not working
- Fixed Quantum Armor UI forgetting the last page it was on on servers
- Fixed an initialization error that happened in the magnet configuration UI
- Fixed a desync that happened in the Quantum Armor UI that sometimes prevented modifications from being saved
- Increased the Quantum Armor charge rate when recharging with AE.
