[/] Fixed Super DoomsDay breaking the entire DoomsDay portion of the mod.

Along with this change, Super DoomsDay no longer is a gamerule and is rather a 5% chance to spawn when DoomsDay spawns.

I forgot to add the changelog note when I dropped DoomsDay where if Insanity gets struck by lightning he turns into Pure Insanity... Whoops!

- To check this after the risk getting chosen, run "/AllAboutEngie risk check".
- Risk upgrades only happens if previous risk fails to start DoomsDay 50 times. (I'm not fully sure about this, I haven't been able to check fully.)
