Auto Nether Wart

Automatically plants dropped Nether Wart onto Soul Sand as soon as it lands, without any redstone or manual effort. It listens for new Nether Wart item entities and does a quick nearby scan every few ticks around each player, keeping overhead low while preserving Minecraft’s normal item behavior.
