Ender Titanium
Upgrade your Netherite gear into Ender Titanium Tools and Armor! These are the most powerful tools in the mod overall, each with a unique End-related ability!
Crystallite
Crystallite Clusters spawn rarely underground. Listen out for sparkle sounds when mining. Use Crystallite Gems to craft equipment more powerful than Netherite!
Crystallite Tools and Armor
Every piece of Crystallite gear has 16 different upgrades to choose from, each with a special ability! Some abilities make an item more powerful, while others may extend its utility.
Crystallite Bow
Crystallite can be used to craft a powerful new Bow, which can also be upgraded in 16 different ways!
Overworld Ores
Find these new ores in the Overworld. Left to right: Mixed Ore, Ruby, Sapphire, Topaz
Nether and End Ores
Better Tools and Armor also adds new ores to the Nether and End! Nether Diamond Ore and Ender Titanium Ore
Crystallite Upgrades
Use an Elemental Crystal with a Crystallite Smithing Template to upgrade Crystallite gear. Each element has a theme which is reflected in the special abilities.
Crystallite Charms
If Curios API is installed, you can equip up to 4 Crystallite Charms at once, each giving a passive buff.
Jeweller Villager
The Jeweller allows Crystallite Charms to be obtained without needing any Crystallite! Also, this villager is required to obtain the Crystallite Smithing Template. Once obtained, it can be duplicated through crafting.
Progression Tree
Better Tools and Armor overhauls Minecraft's progression tree.
Frozen Effect
Most tools and armor have cool abilities. For example, Sapphire tools can freeze your opponents inside a giant Ice block, like this Creeper here!
Blue Mushrooms
Blue Mushrooms spawn on Mushroom Islands and can be used to craft Blue Slime items, which are very bouncy!
Fungal Caves
Purple Mushrooms spawn in the new Fungal Caves biome. They can be used to brew a new potion effect, but they are poisonous to touch.
Colourful Metal Blocks
There are 20 colours of Metal Blocks available for building. These are great for making trains with the Create mod!
Effect Armor
Effect Armor gives an effect to the player when worn, when supplied with Effect Energy from an equipped Energy Vial (Curios API required)
Magic Staffs
There are 5 Magic Staffs in the mod. These are very powerful Ranged Weapons, especially when enchanted. Check them out in-game if you're curious!
Daggers
Daggers are short swords which do less damage and have less durability, but they are easier to craft and they have a fast attack speed. Every sword in the mod has a Dagger equivalent, including vanilla materials!
New Advancements
There are 85 different advancements to be obtained from using all the different items in the mod. These range from progression-focused to completionist-only!
New Enchantments
There are 9 new Enchantments available, with support for the Enchantment Descriptions mod.
New Beacon Bases
BT+A adds new beacon base blocks, including some vanilla blocks if you feel like going cheap, or for better aesthetics.
Potions
New potions are added by the mod. Some of these enhance underused vanilla effects such as Luck. The others are for 5 brand new Potion Effects!
Utility Potions
These are powerful potions which give useful one-off effects to the player, such as teleporting to your spawn point. Brew them using the Mystic Potion (far right)
