Ender Titanium
Upgrade your Netherite gear into Ender Titanium Tools and Armor! These are the most powerful tools in the mod overall, each with a special ability!
Crystallite Tools and Armor
Crystallite tools and armor are powerful and highly customizable. There are 16 different upgrades to choose from for every single piece of equipment!
Crystallite
Crystallite Clusters spawn rarely underground. Listen out for sparkle sounds while mining to find them more easily!
Crystallite Upgrades
Use an Elemental Crystal with a Crystallite Upgrade Smithing Template to upgrade Crystallite gear. Each upgrade has a useful ability!
Crystallite Bow
The Crystallite Bow is very powerful, and has 16 upgrades to choose from, just like every other piece of Crystallite gear.
Crystallite Charms
BT+A adds 20 Crystallite Charms - Each one gives a passive buff, when worn in a Curios Charm slot. Craft them using the Crystallite Charm Base (centre), or buy them from a Jeweller Villager, without needing any Crystallite!
Jeweller Villager
The Jeweller allows Crystallite Charms to be obtained without needing any Crystallite! Also, this villager is the only way to *initially* obtain the Crystallite Upgrade Smithing Template. Once obtained, it can be duplicated through crafting.
Overworld Ores
Four new ores generate in the Overworld. Specific y-levels are given in-game through JEI Information screens.
Nether and End Ores
Better Tools and Armor also adds new ores to the Nether and End! See the Knowledge Base, or JEI Information in-game, to learn more.
Frozen Effect
Most tools and armor have cool abilities. For example, Sapphire tools can freeze your opponents inside a giant Ice block, like this Creeper here!
Progression Tree
Better Tools and Armor overhauls Minecraft's progression tree.
New Enchantments
There are 9 new Enchantments available, with support for the Enchantment Descriptions mod.
Blue Mushrooms
Blue Mushrooms spawn on Mushroom Islands and can be used to craft Blue Slime items, which are very bouncy!
Fungal Caves
Purple Mushrooms spawn in the new Fungal Caves biome. They can be used to brew a new potion effect, but they are poisonous to touch.
Colourful Metallic Blocks
There are 20 colours of Metallic Blocks available for building. These are great for making trains with the Create mod!
Effect Armor
Effect Armor gives an effect when worn, at the cost of durability. They can be upgraded using Iron or Diamonds to increase the effect level and durability.
Potions
The top row shows the new potions, including 4 brand-new effects! The bottom row shows the new Utility Potions, which give unique one-off effects! Find out more in the Knowledge Base.
Magic Staffs
There are 5 types of Magic Staff in the mod. The first three are the Elemental Staffs - they launch projectiles at the target. The last two have special kinds of ranged attack. Check them out in-game if you're curious!
Daggers
Daggers are short swords which do less damage and have less durability, but they are easier to craft and they have a higher attack speed.
New Advancements
There are 85 different advancements to be obtained from using all the different items in the mod. These range from progression-focused to completionist!
New Beacon Bases
BT+A adds new beacon base blocks, including some vanilla blocks if you feel like going cheap, or for better aesthetics.
