Porting to Minecraft 1.21.1!
With Minecraft 1.21.1, comes a brand new item!
- Introducing the red bone: this item is dropped by the Reaper.
New Features!
- Skeletons now does not always become broken when killed.
- A difficulty factor is introduced to decide whether a skeleton will break or not. It is fixed to 0.3. The specific loot (when broken) will not be dropped if the skeleton (knight or haunter) does not become broken.
Grabber gets some upgrade!
- The grabber will now try to leave the player screen instead of just fleeing. This behaviour will allow him to go to your back and steal your items. Check what item he is interested in on his pocket!
Some Balance for the mod!
- The Reaper does no more drop bones. It is replaced by the red bone.

Porting to Minecraft 1.21!
- Necromancer will not spawn in Raids if you load this mod via Forge.
- To spawn necromancer in Raids, please use Neoforge instead.
With Minecraft 1.21, comes new blocks!
- Eroded Fossil, Pillager Skeleton Head, Pillager skeleton Body are some regular Blocks that you can find in the Following biomes: taiga, birch forest, dark forest, badlands, eroded_badlands, wooded badlands, desert, soul valleys.
- The Broken Skeleton block is a Block similar to the Broken Skeleton, but will never revive into a Skeleton. You can find it in the same biomes as the other skeleton blocks.
- The Guardian Fossil is a skeleton version of the Guardian, findable on the floor of lukewarm oceans.
Fight against Skeleton Squads!
- If local difficulty is greater than 3.5, a Skeleton spawning has a random chance of spawning a bonus group of other skeletons.
- This group, called a squad contains: 2 additional Skeletons, 1 Knight skeleton, 2 Haunter skeleton, 6 Minions.
- In HARD mode, the number of entities increase to 4, 2, 2, 10.
New Features!
- The Necromancer spawns in the weeping Willow tree.
- In Raids, the Minions follow more the Necromancer
- In Raids, the Necromancer can place more graves and summon more Minions at once.
- The Bogged can now become broken.
- Advancement: Grave Looter, given when the player loots a chest contained in a lost grave.
- Advancement: Traitor, given when the player hurts a friendly skeleton.
- Advancement: Death is the End, given when the player places a Grave in the End.
- Creative mode: the broken skeleton now has its own spawn egg. It will spawn a broken form of a skeleton, chosen randomly.
- Creative mode: a specific Creative Mode Tab for Bones Update has been Added.
- Some parameters are now configurable into the config file bonesupdate-commo.toml.
Some Balance for the mod!
- The Knight skeleton's DASH attack is lowered from 16HP (8 Hearts) to 14 HP (7 Hearts).
- The Reaper now gives effect WITHER when it hurts someone.

- Enchantment: Subaltern cost changed: min cost 25, anvil cost 10
