Preamble

Hi chaos makers!

This release is a completely different experience from the last one (I know I said that before, but this time I mean it!). The changelog itself is reason enough to dive in. We’ve worked extremely hard to ensure this release is organized chaos (the good kind that’s funny and playable) rather than unorganized chaos (the bad kind that’s unplayable and frustrating).

A quality chaos mod must be organized to be enjoyable, and the last few releases didn't quite hit the mark. For this release, we’ve switched to a more organized and balanced approach, even retroactively applying this to previous features. As you read on, you’ll see this version also includes a new modloader, version, and dependencies. Don’t worry, these changes are all to ensure the mod is in its best state!

Please note that this mod might now not be compatible with some other mods, as it uses mixins and overwrites some core Minecraft features. We recommend testing your mod setup to ensure compatibility and avoid conflicts.

We hope you understand why our releases take so long; they are massive, especially this one. We’ve meticulously playtested multiplayer and all features to ensure everything works as intended and to prevent crashes and other issues, so you can enjoy the mod. This is essentially Minecraft 2.0 at this point – forget everything you know about Minecraft; this is a whole new game.

Due to the sheer amount of changes, I had to condense the changelog significantly. I usually like to explain features in detail as they’re added, so you know what to expect and how they work, but this time, there’s just too much to cover. If you have any questions, feel free to ask in our Discord server.

• Made the use in emergencies one time use only
• Fixed the CheatGUI and made the Eatable Command Block a 3D model
• Dementia now also gives you blindness for the time while its active
• Fixed grave and computer not rotating in the correct direction
• Removed Tombstone (not the grave, just the tombstone which idk what it was used for)
• Made the gas chamber a structure (now you can use /locate for it)
• You can now right click lava with a glass bottle to get a lava bottle
• Removed mumbo tokens (and their gamerule)
• Grass blocks now exclusively drop dingots instead of dirt (except when breaking with silk touch)
• Theres now a 1 in 10 instead of a 1 in 5 chance to get poisoned by the dingot, and its half the time
• Sanity Overhaul (changed a lot of sanity stuff behind the scenes)
• Testicle on a stick can no longer replace bedrock and the backrooms blocks
• Added Melatonin Pills (you take one, you sleep through the day; theres a chance that that you might get a side effect)
• Made the javelin launcher explode on projectile hit

After a year finally we have uploaded a major release! This release includes a very drastic experience than the previous one, we hope you have fun! This will also most likely be the last 1.18.2 release.

• Added "Sanity" (for now it just kills you when you die, and goes up and down randomly and changes depending on the things you do, you can restore it with almond water)

• Added "Technoblade" (practically invincible, you dont wanna get close to him)
• Added "Stone Stair" Structure, in it you will find a lot of chests and some will have loot in them. It's also a good shelter.

• Added "Baldi-" (its baldi ok, i tried my best)
• Added Dementia (if your sanity is less than 50, you have a chance of getting dementia and losing all your items when the effect is over)

• Retextured lava to beans
• Totem of Dream now gives u 999 luck when holding it in your hand
• Added "Orb o' Communism" (spawns stalin on right click)
• Added "Coca Cola" (u can drink it, it explodes when you eat it, but gives u 4 hunger bars and almond water, it also explodes when you drop it, so dont do it)
