Beta 1.2 Changelog
- Made more window sills walkable as they have to be placed in front of glass panes (Apologies for missing them in the last)
- Added freestyle drink fountain
- Fixed wrong texture and name for ceiling light 2
- Fixed a bug in neoforge versions where some images were unable to be parsed by neoforge's texture rendering system causing missing textures
- Fixed coat hooks hitbox and made it walkable
- Made all curtains walkable for the use case of them also being shower curtains
- Changed toilet paper roll hitbox so it doesn't cast a full shadow
- Fixed towel rack hitbox (will probably make other colors of towels in the future)
- Added white wall and white wall slab due to the extreme lack of people using the CTM pack
- Fixed garage panel thin offset (and black version) to stop z fighting with trap doors that are being used as trim
- Made rug 1 walkable
- Added 4 closet door facades to give a more authentic look to bedrooms. Minecraft having such thick walls makes it hard to build closets and have a true to scale look
- Swapped door sill texture to match other trim
- Started working on road signs
- Added pot light from the original texture pack (unreleased)
Beta 1.2 Known Issues:
-
Hitboxes. MCreator is very limited with hitboxes and where you can actually click, some models may not be interactable in a desirable way, making the issue annoying for some to build on. We apologize for this and will be trying to resolve it in some way when possible
-
Lost support for fabric until further notice. Unfortunately, MCreator will not allow us to backdate our version and therefore we are currently waiting for an updated fabric generator to continue with fabric. You are still able to use fabric mods if you go through forge and use Sinytra connector. As much as we didn't want to lose the support, fabric users will still be able to enjoy the original 700 model beta 1 which will not be removed from our pages

-
Hitboxes. MCreator is very limited with hitboxes and where you can actually click, some models may not be interactable in a desirable way, making the issue annoying for some to build on. We apologize for this and will be trying to resolve it in some way when possible

Lost support for fabric until further notice. I am sad to announce that MCreator will not allow us to backdate our version and therefore we are currently waiting for an updated fabric generator to continue with fabric. You are still able to use fabric mods if you go through forge and use Sinytra connector. This is not the route we were expecting to go down, but as soon as we have a new fabric generator, we will release an up to date version.
Welcome to the first official beta of Ched's Realism Mod!
A realistic minecraft building experience for city builders and interior designers! Aimed at an audience looking to build at a 1:1 or 1.5:1 building scale, Ched's Realism Mod is a middle of the road realism building mod that finds a balance between realistic graphics and performance. We are one of the only realism building mods that isn't actively trying to set your PC on fire!
This is beta 1 and will potentially have some bugs, oddities and problems but we will be updating and listening to feedback.
We currently have over 700 models but are limited in certain areas such as foliage, we hope to add more to where we're lacking in future updates. This mod is a CREATIVE mode only mod
Our mod requires the CTM resource pack to go on top to ensure everything works properly, however you may use any resource pack you would like alongside it.
We require the Puzzle Mod for all 5x5 models to work correctly.
