Find a Crafting Table, and place any color of dye into the central block of your 3x3 grid. Once that's done, surround the dye by placing eight Slime Blocks around it. Bang, presto; you're all set to pick up your brand spanking new colored slime blocks!
Colored Slime Blocks work just like normal slime blocks, with one major exception: they do not stick to normal slime blocks or slime blocks of other colors. Imagine the possibilities!
