Added support for tree debarking in damage calculations

FIXES

Fixed a HUGE bug where particularly large tornadoes were not able to be surveyed properly

Fixed 'status ended' bug (hopefully)

Fixed a GUI glitch in the damage survey screen

Damage calculations should be more accurate now
