There is no real way to progress the resistance and relies on commands that quest systems can increase, therefore restricting biomes and structures should be added carefully.
In the future an upgrade system will be added - as goal for 1.0 release :D

- when entering a restricted biome a visual fog will appear with a timer and a progress bar
- added a config to add biomes with a tier like "minecraft:deepdark:1" to trigger the enwithered effect
