From The Caves

From the Caves introduces a single stalking entity that haunts your underground explorations (not only underground tho (:). It is governed by a two phase system that unlocks new events. It can interact with objects in your world, altering blocks, triggering buttons and levers, building and more. The first time you encounter it, it won’t stay confined to the caves, it starts climbing out, as though you’ve awakened something you never meant to disturb.

It’s unique in many ways, setting it apart from the typical horror mod cave dweller.
