FIXED/CHANGED:
- Sonic Emitter was dealing WAY too much damage with high levels of Amplify; the damage has been toned down a bit
- Bug where Sonic Emitter was still slightly inaccurate even with no Multishot on it
- Bug where undesireable results occurred if a Sonic Emitter reloaded its charges whilist being enchanted with Quick Draw V or a higher level
- Cooldown for all Sonic Emitter items replaced with code to just cooldown the "Provided itemstack" and no cooldown occurs with Quick Draw V or higher
- Crafting recipe for Slingshot changed; now, it only requires 2 sticks and 1 string now instead of 3 sticks and 1 string, and the recipe also fits in a 2x2 inventory grid
- Cleaned up some unused code
ADDED/IMPROVED:
- If you wanna go down that route and play Geode Mania alongside Cobblemon, the Upgrade Template for 1 standalone Pokémon Fishing Rod Upgrade Template (Cobblemon) is now craftable
BUGFIX:
- Tridents were dropping way too frequently (
all the time) with gamerule extraDrops set to true (was doing 100% times the level of Looting instead of 1% times)- Tridents dropped this way now also have a 12.5% chance of being enchanted (with a random enchantment level between 5 and 19)
- Electrified now only triggers on a set percentage of 12.5% each time it goes off to strike an enemy with lightning, with damage being the only factor affected by its material and not probability
BUGFIX:
- Spectrumshifter's Amberlite slots weren't functioning properly and items had to be shift-clicked in
ADDED (COMPATIBILITY):
- Music Discs, Banner Patterns (from Vanilla and Twilight Forest), and Graffiti (from Immersive Paintings) can now be added to Book Pouches (they're technically art after all!)
CHANGED (BALANCE):
- Semi-Inverted Nuggets can now only be crafted with 3 Iron Nuggets and 1 Hemodiamond; recipe results in 3 Semi-Inverted Nuggets and is now shapeless
Geode Mania won't be updated any further beyond this unless something I consider a major game-breaking bug is discovered
CHANGED/IMPROVED:
- Molotov Sculktail block griefing is now handled with a separate custom gamerule "sculkbombGriefing" (set to true by default)
FIXED/CHANGED/IMPROVED:
- Book Pouches and Expanded Book Pouches are now properly held by their handles in 3rd-person
CHANGED/IMPROVED:
- Sculking Lairs can now generate in Sculk Wastelands again (they used to before but were removed)
- Sculking Lairs can now generate in Sculktrunk Forests, albeit rarer than in other biomes (1 in 720 chance per chunk as opposed to 1 in 555 chunks in its other biomes per chunk)
FIXED/ADDED/IMPROVED:
- Butterfly Encyclopedia from Luminous Overworld, as well as Antique Ink from Supplementaries, can now be added to Book Pouches/Expanded Book Pouches
FIXED:
- Bronze Trooper was still using Bronze noises as placeholders
- Echo Attacks and the Echo Takeoff functionality from Echo Wings still had the old subtitles
- Echolytra had the same sound issue
CHANGED:
- Bonus drops from mobs tweaked a bit:
- Chances of Phantom Membranes and Chorus Fruit drops from Endermites have been swapped
- Pillagers are now guaranteed to drop at least 1 Arrow; Emerald drop maximum decreased by 1 on Pillagers
- Looting now increases the chance of a Drowned dropping a Trident by 1% per level instead of 2% and Tridents now have a 5% chance to drop on their own, and Tridents will now be damaged by anywhere between half or all of their durability instead of only having half their durability each time (Tridents dropped this way still don't come pre-enchanted)
- Silverfish now have a 25%/40%/50%/66.67%/71.43% chance (with no Looting/I/II/III/IV) to drop an Iron Nugget instead of a Stone Nugget on death
KNOWN BUG:
- Echo Wings obtained from Echo Dungeons still come pre-enchanted with Knockback 18 instead of Knockback 10; this shall be left as a feature as the chance of an Echo Wing generating in a dungeon is 25%, and Echo Dungeon loot - unlike that of most other Vanilla structures - isn't determined by the world seed
FIXED:
- Chicken MRE wasn't actually removing any negative status effects at ALL when eaten
ADDED/IMPROVED:
- Fiery Template from the ACOFI (Alternate Create Of Fiery Items) mod now has its own crafting recipe involving the Upgrade Stencil
FIXED:
- Hemathyst Planters growing time reduced by about 70%; I wanted them to take a long time to grow, but not THAT long!
- Hammer and excavator type items previously couldn't get Efficiency from Sculk Infusing
IMPROVED:
- Geode Bound's "preferred blocks" now extended to some crystal blocks outside of Geode Mania and vanilla Minecraft
- Additionally, wearing any armor adorned with crystals (even masks! HINT HINT -- but excluding diamonds and emeralds because that would be too OP) now prevents Geode Bound from taking hold at all on that armor piece under any circumstance (it can still be enchanted with Geode Bound, however)
- Block of Opalmorph's healing sound effect volume increased slightly again
FIXED:
- Observers could be Macerated indefinitely without actually destroying the Observer
- Macerator input/output rules for inventory slots were inverted somehow, so now all slots for that and the Spectrum Shifters have been reverted to how they were before 1.4.14 in terms of hopper interaction
- Dying to a Sculk Pustid's explosive gloop no longer causes the player to experience a glitched keepInventory death; rather, the player will now be killed with a custom death message
CHANGED/IMPROVED:
- Block of Opalmorph now emits about 50% more particles when powered
- Hemodiamond Planters now have a wait time to grow a stage of a single Hemodiamond approximately 150% longer for the minimum tick amount and approximately 200% longer for the maximum tick amount (rebalancing)
FIXED:
- Even though support was added for Sculk Tank maceration as well as other maceration "recipes" not being implemented, the functionality for those maceration recipes didn't exist so they still didn't work before this update
- All macerations now only use one centralized sound effect for every operation instead of different ones depending on the procedure the Sculk Macerator calls from
FIXED:
- Weather Wands and several other items were still having the same Infusion problem as before
- Macerating a Lantern or Soul Lantern somehow always gave only a single Stick
- Furthermore, Opalmorph Gear, Opalmorph Ore, and a few Vanilla redstone components/blocks couldn't be macerated
- Sculk Tanks and Flasks could be placed in the Infusion Slot of Sculk Infusers in addition to the XP slot, the latter being the slot intended for the XP-storing items
- Tablets could also be placed there; that's not where tablets go in the Sculk Infuser, silly!
- Maceration sound played even if the maceration itself was unsuccessful
- Echolite can no longer be placed in the Maceration slot
CHANGED/IMPROVED:
- You can now macerate Sculk Tanks!
- While you aren't guaranteed to get the exact amount of materials back, you always get the amount of XP the Sculk Tank had, more if you have the Luck effect and less if you have Bad Luck, each tier of each effect altering the amount of XP you get back by up to 5% per tier (rounded up)
- If you don't have either of these effects you're guaranteed to get the exact amount of XP from the tank
- While you aren't guaranteed to get the exact amount of materials back, you always get the amount of XP the Sculk Tank had, more if you have the Luck effect and less if you have Bad Luck, each tier of each effect altering the amount of XP you get back by up to 5% per tier (rounded up)
- For balance reasons, Sculk Macerations now cost slightly more, at a rate of 8 Echolite Powder per operation instead of 3
- Hoppers can now pull items from the output slots of Sculk Macerators by placing one beneath them
- Likewise, Macerators can now be stocked automatically with Echolite Powder/Clumps
- Removed a couple of unused mod elements
FIXED:
- Sharpness/Smite/Bane of Arthropods/Fire Aspect/Knockback couldn't be Infused on Tridents for whatever reason
- Fire Aspect, when Infused, applied itself multiple times to some valid items, among other enchantments
- Infused Snake Tooth wasn't getting any enchantments since the procedure was calling for the registry name of the item before it was infused rather than its registry name after infusion
- A Pouch of Fries now restores a quarter the amount of Saturation it used to per bite for balance reasons
- Increased the volume of the Block of Opalmorph healing sfx by a tad; this time, it was too soft
- Echo Attack subtitles now read properly instead of saying "Block broken"
FIXED:
- Ambient healing noise of Block of Opalmorph was too ear-piercing; sound has been lowered to more tolerable levels
IMPROVED:
- Saturation restoration rate of Block of Opalmorph doubled yet again
FIXED:
- Amplify, Bass Boost, and Treble weren't applied in the off-hand when firing the Sonic Emitter from it; instead, it took the enchantments (if any) of the Echo Weapon (if any) held in the main-hand when firing, overwriting the properties of the sound projectile fired based on the player's mainhand Echo Weapon
CHANGED/IMPROVED:
- Sonic Emitter is now 100% accurate unless it's enchanted with Multishot, each level of Multishot spreading the shots further apart (effect still caps at Multishot IV as it can't fire more than 9 sound projectiles, even if a higher level Multishot is applied)
ADDED:
- Background support for an unspecified future TCG mod by preemptively injecting its datatags into allowed Book Pouch item slots
IMPROVED:
- Book Pouch should now support all types of Smithing Templates in its slots, including but not limited to all Armor Trims as well as Upgrade Templates
- Likewise, Reversal Sigils and Upgrade Stencils are also added to allowed items
- Sculk Berries now count towards the
forge:berriestag for certain food-crafting recipes
FIXED:
- The range of particles emitted from the Block of Opalmorph wasn't reflective of its actual healing effect range
- Sculkchop's listed percentages of effects applying weren't reflective of their actual percentages (20%; should read as 40%)
- A major recent bug that unknowingly surfaced where Geode Mania's own modded armor-specific enchantments couldn't be placed on the correct armor types (or anything at all)!
- This included Echo Protection, Echo Pulse, and Geode Bound, but didn't affect Electrified or Chipping because they were already specific to certain armor materials
- Prior to fixing this bug, the only armor that could get these enchantments was Echo Armor through normal crafting (and only the helmet could get Echo Pulse)
- Enchantments could still be applied through an anvil in Creative with Cheats enabled or through commands and still functioned as normal, they just wouldn't show up in any Enchantment Table output
- Various fixes dealing with the orientation of some blocks applied with the Sculklixir (either drinkable or bomb variants)
CHANGED/IMPROVED:
- Block of Opalmorph refined a bit
- New much more calming and less obnoxious sound effect for a Block of Opalmorph's ambient healing effect
- Rate of Saturation's restoring effect is doubled (health restoring effect stays the same)
- Sculklixir and Molotov Sculktail can now affect more different kinds of block types:
- Crimson and Warped Wart Blocks also now become Sculktrunk Leaves
- Netherrack also now becomes Sculk
- Stone, Blackstone, Nether, and Deepslate Bricks - along with some of their variants - become Dullmathyst bricks/variants
- Sculklixir, when used on a block, now has a 20% chance to get used up instead of a 100% chance, prolonging its applicability to blocks/entities and, by association, its overall longevity
- This 20% chance doesn't apply when drinking it, however
- Drinking it now gives the player 5-10 XP orbs with denominations of 1, 2, 5, or 10 at random, in addition to the Darkness and/or Deafen effects
- They also now restore 1/3 the amount of hunger/saturation that a Sculkchop does when drank
- This now also comes with a 1.75-second cooldown on usage time
- This 20% chance doesn't apply when drinking it, however
