FIXED:

• Prismatic death message was incorrect
• Amethyst Redstone Ore was giving no XP when mined with a non-Silk Touch tool
• General Protection enchantments (i.e. Protection IV, Fire Protection IV) were broken in the Sculk Infuser

CHANGED:

• More food hunger restoration rebalancing

IMPROVED:

• Changed Copper Tablet drop chances
  • Etched Copper Tablets are now a fixed 5% chance, plus 2.5% per level of Looting
  • Hostile mobs can no longer make each other drop Etched Copper Tablets from infighting
• There is now an additional 8.33% chance for a Drowned to drop an extra Trident (even if it's not holding one), albeit with half its durability left, plus an additional 2% chance per level of Looting (if gamerule extraDrops is set to true)

ADDED:

• New advancement: Built To Flask, which triggers when a player splashes themself with a Big Bottle o' Enchanting while they have Mending on any of their armor
