CHANGED/IMPROVED:
- Block of Opalmorph now emits particles in its healing range, and emits a low humming sound when actively healing a player
- These two effects (along with the healing) now only apply if the Block of Opalite itself is powered by redstone
- In addition, Healing and Saturation-restoration effects are now nerfed (halved) from 0.25 every 11 ticks to 0.125 every 11 ticks
