BUGFIX:

• Tridents were dropping way too frequently (all the time) with gamerule extraDrops set to true (was doing 100% times the level of Looting instead of 1% times)
  • Tridents dropped this way now also have a 12.5% chance of being enchanted (with a random enchantment level between 5 and 19)
• Electrified now only triggers on a set percentage of 12.5% each time it goes off to strike an enemy with lightning, with damage being the only factor affected by its material and not probability
