FIXED:

• Descriptions of Opalite Gear weren't properly accurate to what their regen rates were
• Freezing Tomes still had incorrect targeting procedure

IMPROVED:

• Opalite Jewelry (only the earrings and necklace) now make Gold armor noises when worn as opposed to no noise at all
• Freezing Tomes and Satchels of Elements (if the Freeze effect is applied) expanded to ignore players (and other mobs, ex: Sculketons) wearing Echo, Dark Canis, Arctic, or Yeti Armor for freeze damage and slowness effect
