Adds a goatman into your vanilla game.

What the GoatMan can do:
- can swim (W.I.P)
- can fake attacks
- attacks passive mobs
- can cause nausea effect
- can cause weakness effect
- can cause blindness effect
- strong knockback
- knockback resistant
- can break slabs
- can break certain walls
- can break certain doors
- can break certain trapdoors
- can break glass/glass pane
- can break fences/fencegates
- eats/destroys crops nearby
- will actively avoid wolves
- will actively avoid villagers
- will actively avoid iron golems
- can flee/attack if hurt by player when stalking
- chance to flee if hurt by mobs when attacking
- chance to flee when set on fire when attacking
- low chance of fleeing if hurt by player when attacking
- high chance of fleeing when on half hp when attacking
Known Issues Prior to V2.4: Certain shaders causes the goatman's model/animation to not work properly
