Dispensers can now place boats even if there is no water to place the boat in. Fixed the positioning of boats placed by dispensers. Now they spawn on the ground or in the water, rather than floating in the air.

Added crafting recipes to turn chest boats into chests, and minecart variants into the variant item.

If you have the NBT crafting mod (https://modrinth.com/mod/nbt-crafting) as well as this mod then you will also get back the empty boat / minecart
