• experimental, 1.20 exclusive: spell circle waves now makes budding amethyst grow shards & exchange between several random blocks

• bugfix: mekasuit underflows to max when uses up media

• add inner hex display for casting items (artifact, etc.)
• backport to 1.19.2

• config to disable item drop on certain mishaps
• config to disable TP limit for vehicles & passengers

really fixed lots of holes
