Lantern Fixes
- Added wind detection to lanterns

Changes
Wind
- Added lock to wind direction and strength only works on singleplayer or clientside only (server takes priority).
- Wind is now more random but still influenced by rain/thunder, eg. thunder can have wind strength 10 now.
Sound
- Wind sound now depends on how many blocks are "blocking wind" around the player, makes wind sound more natural while in houses or caves based on new raycast system.
- Leaves now make a rustling sound based on wind strength
- Rain now has different sounds if its above you or below

This is a big change, considering the fact that I am supporting about 19 versions updating and maintaing the old render system that I used for rain was very problematic due to changes in the rendering system across versions and also considering the recent big rendering changes in the latest versions.

Rain changed to particle system

Rain particles spawn splash particles or wall drip particles based on where they hit

Wind Particle Changes
- Particles now use a new performant raycast system to detect blocks and obstacles, just like the new sound change this makes particles not move in encloused spaces (not a perfect system yet)
Other
- Added custom lantern sway based on wind (works with shaders), I plan to support swaying grass/foliage in the future.
- Added curseforge page
- Supporting Sinytra for all future versions (please submit an issue if not working/bug)
- Support for 1.21.6 - 1.21.10
Debug Settings
- Added new debug settings which allow the visualization of the new particle wind raycasts and the sound raycast system, 1 or the other can be toggled on/off at will or you can toggle both on/off with F8 or a custom keybind you would like to set in the vanilla settings.
