Config Update!

There might be a bit of bugs because the method I used is not the best but was the only way I found to do it.

Added wind sounds!

The wind sound will vary with wind strength.

Added smoothing to wind affected particles that make wind changes more fluent.

Added more logic for physics around blocks

Adds suport for versions 1.19.4 to 1.20.4!
