Allows commands for a global custom player shop, an economy centered around Emeralds and Gold, a homes system, and crate keys like most larger public servers have that are distributed over time, rewarding players for activity while also complying with Minecraft's EULA for economy servers, even listing odds for item weights in crates.
There's also a Hub Dimension that's entirely customizeable if you know what you're doing (where players will also initially spawn in) along with separate PvP, Event, and Minigame Dimensions -- the latter two of which can be anything the player desires (racing events, fighting waves of enemies, etc) and these three extra dimensions can even be toggled on/off by the operator if they're not ready yet. These dimensions also set players who enter them to Adventure Mode to prevent accidental grief, then back to Survival again once that player is no longer in any of those 3 dimensions. (It doesn't affect players already in Creative or Spectator modes, allowing seamless building between dimensions without having to retype the command to switch gamemodes again.)
Documentation/explanation for world setup and basic understanding of how the mod works can be found here (and will be updated with the addition of the Home Ticket system soon).
