Mine-Raft v0.6: Walls & Wonders
This update introduces walls, a new carpentry table, recipe reworks, more islands to explore, a fresh recipe unlock system, and other cool stuff.
NEW FEATURES
Raft Materials
Walls
- Walls are finally here! A highly requested addition.
- There are two types: regular and L-junction. You can swap between them by placing the wall into a carpentry table.
- Walls can be broken by hand for now — hammer compatibility is coming once the system gets reworked (it’s too buggy for walls right now).
Collection Net Overhaul
The collection net no longer uses a chest block to store items. It now has an internal 15-item limit. When full, it displays a warning particle.
(Just right-click the center of the net to grab your loot!)
Carpentry Table
A new way to craft raft materials unlocked via blueprints found in island chests.
- Carpentry Kit – Required to use the carpentry table for quick crafting.
- Walls – Craft and swap wall variants using the new carpentry system.
Admin Menu Changes
- Weather can now be toggled manually via the admin menu (clear, storm, breeze, etc.)
NEW ITEMS & CRAFTING
- Battery – Required for radar and future tech related items
- Circuit Board – Required for radar and future tech related items
- Plank Bundle – Crafting material
- Carpentry Table & Kit – Needed for the new crafting system
RECIPE REWORKS
- Island Radar – Now uses the battery and circuit board in its recipe.
- Got a texture update too
ADVANCEMENTS & PROGRESSION
- Power of Knowledge – New midgame milestone for unlocking your first blueprint recipe
NEW RECIPES
- Carpentry Table & Kit
- Battery & Circuit Board
- Plank Bundle
- Carpentry recipes: Platforms, Supports, Walls, Stairs, Junctions, etc.
TECHNICAL CHANGES & CLEANUP
- Removed old collection net logic
- Weather system now runs on scoreboard states

Projects on Modrinth are automatically available through a Maven repository for use with JVM build tools such as Gradle. To learn more about the Modrinth Maven API, click here.
Note: When available, you should use the creator's maven repo instead as it will have transitive dependency information that the Modrinth Maven API does not. You may also end up with duplicate dependencies if you use a mix of Modrinth and non-Modrinth Maven repositories for your dependencies, because the group identifier will be different when served through the Modrinth Maven API.
