More Leaf Particles

Changes:

• Added Particle Rain as an optional dependency
  • When present, leaf particles are affected by its wind system
• Added three new config options:
  • Enable Particle Rain Wind: when enabled, all leaf particles are affected by Particle Rain's wind system
  • Wind Multiplier: determines how much the wind system affects leaf particles
  • Ticks to Blend: determines how long it takes for the leaf particle to be fully affected by wind. 1 second is 20 ticks.
