Purge Chat Rectangle

Removes the translucent chat rectangles when typing or viewing chat messages

In theory, this should work across all versions (1.14.4 - 26.2), but I haven't been able to test all of them myself. Open an issue if your version isn't supported!

A config is provided through MaLiLib API and MaLiLib. You will need to install both to access the config.
