Added another built-in resource pack which removes the nose guard on the steel helmet, and if you have it enabled, the tweaked diamond helmet!

Now completely compatible with Slow Your Roll and Divergent Progression!
Slow Your Bronze is not required and as it's now archived and no longer receiving updates, I took the liberty of moving everything from that mod, here.
Fixed a huge issue that made the game crash when not in a dev environment
