Now using Architectury(but not using the Architectury API) so i can develop for multiple platforms easier.
Fixed the fact phantoms could not spawn at all when set to a negative value. Supposed to vanilla behavour when below 0.

- Anvil 'Too Expensive' is disabled by default to avoid conflicts; you can enable it in the config but need a restart.

Changes to that version:
- Updated a dead link so now the stacktrace can be deobfuscated.
- Disabled the uploading of crash logs as the link is dead. The button will say "Disabled".
- You now can't place sugarcane in water.
