There is no crash UI yet as it need to be re-written.
Expect some bugs as I can't test every feature well.
Added back the removed patches.
Changed version layout to match semantic versioning.

Had to remove 2 patches until I find another way to implement them.
Added the ability to change at what level 'Too Expensive' appears (Should not affect servers if you have it on the client)

Fixed issues with 1.19.3 causing crashes(this can ONLY be used on 1.19.3 and maybe some 1.19.4/1.20 snapshots).
Added incompatibilities from the crash of Github Issue #2 as 1.19.3 has changed a few things causing mixins to fail.
Added a basic implementation of the crash screen. It currently only allows you to go to the main menu or quit.(Only tested with F3+C manual crashing).
