- Efficiency enchantment affects Sculk gilded tool less
- Sculk Gilded Tools now take damage equivalent to the maximum number of blocks broken per use (Unbreaking still applies).
- Using a tool with the Sculk gild will put the tool into a cooldown
- The tool will break blocks normally until the tool's cooldown is finished.
- Combining gilded tools in an anvil now uses the gild type of the tool in the addition slot.
- Deep stones
- Added chiseled variants for Hornfels, Blueschist, and Syenite stone types

- Sky Islands Generation
- Sky islands will generate in a massive web across the world.
- You may need to travel over 10,000 blocks to find them, but you can continue down the web to find more afterwards
- Aerobloom Forest
- Including a sparse variant
- Bright blue forests with pastel-blue wood.
- Find new Balloon Fruits in these biomes.
- Balloon fruits apply levitation for 5 seconds when eaten.
- Floatrock and Springsoil
- Foundational blocks in the Skylands
- Floatrock can be used to craft typical stone tools and items
- All vanilla overworld ores generate in the skylands with Floatrock variants
- A grassy floatrock coats the top layer of the skylands
- Springsoil generates in large strand-shaped islands towards the bottom of the skylands
- You can jump upwards of 5 blocks from springsoil
- Use the springsoil strands and the balloon fruits to traverse the skylands on foot
