Additions

• Steel Fences

  • Craft with 4 cut steel and 2 steel ingots.

• Redstone Bridges

  • Craft with 2 steel ingots and 1 redstone dust

  • Transmits signals in any single direction

  • Does not preserve signal strength

  • Strongly powers blocks that it points towards

Changes

• Virtual Additions datapack titles are now translatable.

• Gilded Tools can now combine with tools of other Gild Types in an anvil.

  • Items with no gild type are also valid.

  • The resulting item will retain the gild type of the item on the left.

  • This allows changing or removing gild types from items.

• When biting a target, Lumwasps will now apply all current status effects.

  • If the wasp has no status effects, it will apply Weakness.

• Steel textures have an updated color palette, with a stronger blue tint.

• Some textures have had some changes as well:

  • Raw Steel

  • Raw Steel Blocks

  • Steel Bombs

  • Sculk-Gilded Shovels

  • Iolite Trim Palette

• Most data elements of Virtual Additions are now generated rather than written manually.

• Some loot tables and recipes have changed:

  • Corn is now found in Savanna and Desert chests

  • Cotton now drops only cotton balls when broken

  • Cut Steel is now crafted with Steel Ingots instead of Steel Blocks

    • Steel Blocks can still be used to craft Cut Steel in a stone-cutter.

• New Icon (Thanks to Ewan Howell's Title Generator plugin for Blockbench!)

Fixes

• Climbing Ropes' pointing property now matches the direction the anchor faces when placed in the world.

  • As a side-effect, existing climbing ropes will be flipped when updating to this version.
